Mr. Vadim Shpak is a Venture Partner. He joined Vickers in 2016 as Managing Director and left the full-time position in 2024. While at Vickers, he contributed to Vickers' overall investment strategy, by, among other things, participating in investment selection and recommendation, and portfolio monitoring. In this regard, he also maintained relationships with portfolio companies and worked with them to enhance strategic and financial value.

Vadim also participated in the ongoing management and monitoring of both the financial and operational aspects of Vickers's fund investments. He established and maintained relationships with institutional and individual investors to provide comprehensive and current updates and reports of the Vickers funds to enhance understanding of the value created by the firm.
